Please note that all our products are processed and packaged under stringent quality control and safety procedures. We’ve put all the necessary hygiene protocols in place all across our facilities. We have now resumed operations and are shipping our products all across India.

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities. 

At OPTA, taking care of both the community and employees is important to us.

We hope these FAQs below will answer all your questions regarding our prevention policy for COVID-19. 

Q. Can I place an order through your website?
A. Yes, we are currently accepting orders across India. However, in some sensitive areas, our delivery partners may not be able to deliver. Please write to our customer service representative to confirm delivery in your area.

Q. What safety measures are being taken to ensure that the order deliveries are handled safely?
A. We follow the safety guidelines as per Ministry of Home Affairs’ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for maintaining supply of essential goods.All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders. 

Q. Can I expect a delay in receiving my order?
A. While we are doing our best to ensure that your order is delivered at the earliest, we request you to be patient with possible delays due to government restrictions. Delays might be longer depending on the restrictions in a particular area, city and state.

Q. Is COD still available?
A. Yes, we are accepting cash on delivery for orders below Rs. 5,000.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You may cancel your order before it is dispatched or refuse to accept the delivery if you’ve decided to cancel your order. The refund will be credited back to you and it will reflect in your bank account within 10- 12 business days.

Q. What is a safe method to accept a delivery package?
A.  Request for a contact free delivery, consider opening the package outside, dispose off packaging quickly and  wash your hands.

Alternatively,the below steps can be followed:

Step 1: Designate a delivery zone outside the house. Maybe it’s a crate or a mat with a sign for delivery workers. This way you know where package is and you can limit face-to-face contact.

Step 2: Bring a disinfectant wipe, spray or wet rag with sanitizer on it to quickly wipe the box or package before bringing it inside. Or, open the box outside and discard the packaging. (Remember: Don’t touch your face with your hands until you’ve washed your hands.)

Step 3: Designate a particular surface where you open packages, if you choose to do so inside. A hard surface which can be sanitized easily is ideal. This way, you know exactly which surface you need to regularly clean.

Step 4: Wipe down the next layer of plastic or box with sanitizer before putting the item away or using it.

Step 5: Wash your hands.
