Returns & Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus restocking fee & shipping costs.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on opta.online
- In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is different from its description on the product detail page on opta.online
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. OPTA shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any returns.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
- If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
10 Days; Refund Only return window:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 10 days from the date your order delivers.
- Returnable if you’ve received the product in a condition that is damaged, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on opta.online.
- Refunds will be issued only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 5 -7 business days.
Shipping on a Returned Product:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
